Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director
Umoh Effiom is currently the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of Profogas Nigeria Limited. He is also the Chairman of the board of Fastpace.ng an indigenous Courier and Logistics Service Provider.
He has a master’s degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Cranfield University Bedfordshire. He also has a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from Pan-Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre.
He is involved in strategy development, policy formulation, development of plans and overseeing all operations and business activities to ensured desired results are met in Profogas Nigeria Limited.
He has previously worked in the Nigerian Oil and Gas sector for over 10 years. Within his career, he has held positions of design engineer, project engineer, Project Manager, Engineering & Construction Manager and Business Development Manager. He has executed projects ranging from Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation of oil and gas facilities for Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) and Nigerian Gas Company (NGC).
